Qzeq Pls Download Game (SMW Romhack) (v1.3)

Qzeq brought up an interesting point in one of his recent videos. That being if an itch.io upload has his name in it, he will probably see and play it. I thought, "Wouldn't it be funny..." then went all out on this poor SNES game. This romhack features lots of memes, jokes, memes and jokes about youtubers, a deceitful tax collector that's causing actual horror on the world, and references to popular media!

(I'm not sure if I should be uploading the bps patch instead of rom but this is itch.io + I'm sure qzeq doesn't know how to do that + I don't really care + have fun??)

UPDATE: I fixed two crashes and some unmentioned credits. For future updates, check the new changes txt file that comes with everything else.
